Bookings for property valuation services can be made via phone, email, or through our website. Full payment is required prior to the delivery of any valuation report, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. In the event we are unable to complete a scheduled valuation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled service at no additional cost.

Our liability is limited to the re-performance of services or the cost of re-performance, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in the event of a dispute.
